Rzonca Typeface Study

"Rzonca" started as a simple Condensed Grotesque typeface based on some transfer lettering that I found in 1995. Something about its weight and proportions suited me so well that I started making lots of new alternate versions of the characters. This playfulness spawned four or five variations of each character and a family of typefaces that are meant to be mixed-and-matched for display purposes.

Trivia: Named after my friend Isaac Rzonca. Poster features "Lumpy," whose photo was liberated from the Wood Shop photo album at Paw Paw HS. These fonts are not available to the public.
