MCAD "Crew" T-shirt

MCAD's Student Services office asked me to design the shirt that is worn during incoming-student Orientation by what they call "Crew Leaders" (the RA's, people in charge, authority figures, etc.) I gladly accepted and had fun with the idea of the word "Crew."

The photo of the "worker" is one I took at a construction site in Japan...it was a life-size animated figure, standing tall on a barrel and waving a lighted torch on a deserted street in the middle of the night...scary, trust me. The japanese characters say demukae, which means "meeting or greeting (someone)."
